Our process is simple.
After preliminary consultations to learn more about you, your successes and challenges, and what you're looking for,
we'll present a proposal that will include a menu of core tactical elements and optional programs, as well as additional research.
After we come to an agreement on the scope of the program and budget, we develop a detailed strategic communications plan and timeline.
We
provide on-going reporting, and will maintain a schedule of update
meetings and phone consultations, as needed. Finally, depending
on our agreement with you, we provide semi-final and final
reports, including an analysis of results obtained.
